Creating a safe space for all our patients is extremely important to us
Our clinics and systems have been designed to make every one of our patients feel safe and to acknowledge their personal circumstances. From our online registration forms to the specialised training of our staff.
Diversity and Inclusion are key to us. As an example, when you complete your registration form with us, we ask you to provide information such as:
- What sex were you assigned at birth?
- Were you born with a variation of sex characteristics (this is sometimes called intersex variation)?
- Which option best describes your current gender identity (male, female, non-binary/gender fluid, different identity)
- Which option best describes your current sexual orientation (lesbian, gay, homosexual, straight or heterosexual, bisexual, pansexual, asexual, queer, or different identity)
- You are more than welcome to let our staff know your preferred pronouns (she/her, he/him, they/them, different pronouns) as well.
Please note, if you are not ready to share this information with us you can simply choose “prefer not to say”.
